custom design piece. This 18KT white gold custom design men's diamond and
ruby medallion, with 8.28CTS round diamonds set along the side of frame in
a channel setting, which there are 53 diamonds. The medallion also has
7.70CTS of princess cut ruby set in an invisible setting, in the center of
medallion set in two rows, which there are 46 ruby. The remaining stones,
there is 7.28CTS princess cut diamonds set into an invisible setting into
the 2 initials "M", which there are 240 diamonds total in the
initials.
